Aniele truly loves the restaurant business and has spent her entire career in the industry. Aniele has held every imaginable position in the business, from dishwasher, to cook, to different levels of management - giving her an intimate understanding of restaurants and the skills and personalities it takes to make them successful.

Her early professional experience brought her to the University of Minnesota student union, and then to the downtown Minneapolis culinary scene – most notably at Dayton’s, where she honed her service and management skills, handled events of all sizes with ease, and crossed paths with seasoned professionals and well-known chefs.

Eventually, Famous Dave’s came calling, offering Aniele an opportunity to learn all aspects of corporate-style management. She dabbled in all aspects of the business, eventually serving as corporate trainer to more than 50 managers-in-training throughout the country.

After another position managing a union-staffed hotel restaurant, Aniele was eager to find her next restaurant home. She worked with multiple recruiters for this and realized there was much to be improved within the recruiting process. Remembering EHS’s reputation in the industry, she reached out about a recruiting opportunity – and the rest is history.

Outside of work, Aniele enjoys spending time with her dog Manny Manolo Sugarman Shevitz Celistino Manfredo LeGarde - you can just call him Manny!
