Harry’s career began with DAKA International, where he spent five years in operations at the store level – including general manager – before taking on a regional training manager role for two years on the East Coast. From there, he went on to serve as a human resources manager, and remained in this position until an opportunity to get back into restaurant operations brought him to Minnesota in a director of operations capacity.

In the fall of 1997, Harry joined EHS and has been happily recruiting ever since. He became a partner in EHS-Minneapolis along with Paul Broberg in 2006.

Harry takes a holistic view of his approach to helping candidates and clients. His extensive interview training helps him to listen to job seekers and to ensure that he presents opportunities best suited to their goals and strengths. His holistic approach takes into account candidates’ short- and long-term considerations and how those will impact their overall career goals.

In addition to his 15 years as a recruiter, Harry draws upon his experience in operations as a human resources and multi-unit manager to relate to clients he works with and to help them best define and fill their staffing needs.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys spending time with his family, and is an active participant in running, softball, and most things outdoors. He is also a fan of local sports teams.
