Wayne brings over 30 years in the Hospitality industry with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and a minor in business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Throughout high school and college he oversaw supervisory positions of three various cafés and fine dining restaurants with the Radisson Corporation.
Upon graduation from college he began working with Stouffer Restaurant Corporation / Nestlé USA as a Sous Chef and Executive Chef/Recruiting Manager/Employment Manager at the Nestlé USA Corporate Headquarters. He also worked as a General Manager and Director of Operations with Darden Corporation.
Wayne’s passion is to help others, which has led him to EHS hospitality where he can utilize his wealth of experiences in making a positive impact on others in their career choices.
When he’s not working, Wayne spends his time with his family and caring for his elderly parents.
